No, if you decide to make your shoes and design them, then send it to a company, you shouldn't be the bad one because all you did is design them and you are not making them, thus meaning it is the companies fault!

If you get paid or pay its all your responsibility and YOU have to stop it if you find out it is animal tested or part of child labor.
