They won't need to put all their money in the military. They can put a good amount in, but they can still save money for the other things. Knowing America is one of the richest nations, they seem to have some money to spare

Being the police force doesn't necessarily mean they are just bossing everybody around, it can be because they have a good system and have the ability to run things smoothly

America is one of the richest nations in the world. They may be in debt, but that doesn't mean they can't help out with anything. If everybody in the United States donated at least 1 dollar, more if they want to, they could raise tons of money towards helping out. If you could do something to help, why wouldn't you? If you were from a country that was in war, wouldn't you want help?
